PRICING

VIDEOTAPE & AUDIO CASSETTE CONVERSION

Cost is $8 per videotape and $6 per audio cassette

Each videotape that is converted will have its own digital video file (MP4).

​

Each audio cassette that is converted will have its own digital audio file (MP3).

​

All of your converted files will be provided to you on a USB flash drive (USB drive is free if you spend more than $100).

FILM REEL CONVERSION

The cost per film depends on the length of the film reel:

• 3 inch reel (50 feet) = $8

• 4 inch reel (100 feet) = $13

• 5 inch reel (200 feet) = $20

• 6 inch reel (300 feet) = $25

• 7 inch reel (400 feet) = $30

• 8 inch reel (600 feet) = $40

Each film or tape that is converted will have its own digital video file (MP4). The video files will be provided to you on a USB flash drive (USB drive is free if you spend more than $100).

Additional discounts available if you have a lot of film reels.

DVDS AND VIDEO/AUDIO CDS

The cost to convert a DVD or CD to a digital video file is $5 each. This includes DVD, MiniDVD, MiniCD, Video CD, and Audio CD.

DVDs and Video CDs are converted to MP4 video format.

Audio CDs: each track can be converted into its own MP3 audio file or all tracks can be combined into a single MP3 audio file.

PHOTO/FILM NEGATIVE DIGITIZATION

Photos: $0.30 per printed photo

Slides: $0.25 per slide

Film Negatives: $0.50 per film strip (typically 4 negatives per strip)

​Each photo/slide/negative will be converted to JPG format. 

​

Discounts apply if you have over 500 photos, slides and negatives.

DVD AND USB DRIVE (STORAGE)

In addition to your digital videos and photos being provided back to you on a USB flash drive, you can also choose to have your media loaded on onto DVDs or additional USB Flash Drives.

• Video DVD = $5 per DVD* (Playable in a DVD or Blu-Ray player)​

• USB Thumb Drive (cost depends on storage size of USB drive)

*Video DVDs can hold approx 2 hours worth of video.

Free shipping for all orders over $250

You are responsible for the shipping cost to send your media to us. However, we will refund your shipping cost (up to $15) if your total order is over $250.

​

We add $15 to all orders under $250 for the return shipping cost.
