HOW DOES THIS WORK?

It's pretty easy. Contact us first so we can help guide you in preparing your tapes, films, and/or photos to be sent. Once you're ready, you'll safely load up your media into a shipping box and mail to us. Once we receive the tapes, it typically takes less then 2 weeks to complete the digitization process.

WHAT KINDS OF TAPES, FILMS AND PHOTOS CAN I HAVE CONVERTED?

Films: 8mm and Super 8

Videotapes: VHS, S-VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS-C, Digital8, Hi8, 8mm, MiniDV,

DVD/CD: DVD, MiniDVD, Video CD

Photos/Slides/Film Negatives: 35mm, 110 and 126 film

Audio: Audio CD, MiniCD, Cassette Tapes

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

It typically takes less than two weeks once we receive your videotapes. We'll stay in contact with you throughout the process.

WHAT DO I GET BACK?

When the digitization is complete, we will make all of your digitized videos and photos available on a USB flash drive(s) and will send the USB flash drive and your original videotapes and photos back to you.

WHAT IF ONE OF MY TAPES OR FILMS IS BLANK, DAMAGED, OR CANNOT BE CONVERTED?

Occasionally we receive tapes or films that are blank or unplayable. If we encounter this, we will contact you and let you know. And unlike other digital conversion companies, there is no charge for that tape or film.

WHAT FORMAT AND RESOLUTION DO YOU CONVERT TO?

Films: MPEG-4 (MP4), 1080P/20 fps

Videotapes: MPEG-4 (MP4), 720P/30 fps

Photos/Film Negatives: JPEG (JPG)

Audio: MP3

Please advise if a different format is desired.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

What are the shipping options? It's up to you which shipping company you want to use to ship the videotapes to us, but we highly recommend mailing with a tracking number.
Do you accept orders from outside the continental US? Unfortunately no, not at this time.

WHERE AND HOW DO I PAY?

There's no upfront payment. We don't collect payment for the services until we complete the digitization work for you.
Payment can be made via Paypal, Venmo, CashApp or other online payment methods.
